Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large wok. Add the green onions, garlic and carrots and saute for a minute.
  2. Add all of the vegetables. Cook until broccoli is green and steamed, about 5-10 minutes. Stir regularly.
  3. Empty package of ramen noodles into a bowl. Discard the flavor packet or add to the veggies (be aware of salt content and ingredients, most brands contain animal products.) Boil water and pour over dried noodles. Let sit for a few minutes and drain.
  4. Add the noodles to the stir fry along with the stir fry sauce and soy sauce. Stir and heat through.
